I finished Moscow State Linguistic University. I have been working as a translator for 2 years and as an English tutor for 4 years. I speak English and German fluently. In 2015 I won a scholarship from DAAD ans studied business German and business English in Düsseldorf.

I grew up in Germany and have visited my huge American family in the US State Ohio every year for a month, give or take. I have been fluent in English since 1989. As a trained European Merchant, with additional subject-specific training for lawyers in English, I have worked as a sales assistant, sales representative and recruiter for about 10 years, before I started freelancing full-time in 2009. Translating patents (technical English and German) became the main focus of my work as well as manuals and instructions, product descriptions and free style writing.
