I started my career 21 years ago as in-house translator and PM at a translation agency based in Turin, Italy. After three years, I decided to take up the challenge and become a freelancer, in order to devote myself to those texts I was most interested in. My experience as PM gave me a deep insight into all aspects related to the translation process, thus I perfectly know and understand the needs and expectations of Project Managers whom I work with. I am able to work under pressure, and manage large volumes of work with no prejudice to quality. I am able to translate very technical texts, like instruction manuals for X-ray inspection systems, but also to use my creative side to produce translations of content marketing articles.

I have been working as a translator since 2018, when I started to attend the Languages and Cultures for Tourism and International Mediation course at the University of Bari. I graduated with the highest grade (110 e lode) and started my specialisation at the University of Turin (a Translation course focusing on literary translation). I work from both English and French and I am fond of literature: novels, poetry, theatre are my highest aims.

I love foreign languages since I was a child, I love traveling to get in touch with different cultures and to broad my horizon. Anywhere I go I always try to learn a few words in the local language to feel like part of local people. I love children’s books, watching TV series and walking in nature. I am an Italian native graduated in foreign languages. I can translate from and into English, Italian, Spanish and French. In all my career as an employee I have been involved in translation projects. Since 2011 I started working as a freelance translator and interpreter. Most of my experience lies in marketing, media and sport.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Intercultural Communication, a Master's degree in Scientific and Technical translation and Interpreting, and a one-year Master's degree in Global Marketing. I currently work as a Junior Export Manager, therefore I am familiar with market-related documents. In addition, I am about to complete a professional course in legal and commercial translation with the language pairs EN>IT, RU>IT. I am professional, friendly and extremely helpful. My main aim is to ensure an efficient and optimal work, in accordance with customer requirements.
