I'm a Korean and English KOREAN NATIVE proofreader, translator, and interpreter with 10 + years of experience. Born and raised in South Korea, I moved to the US at 19 years old to complete my BA in cultural anthropology at Wesleyan University in Connecticut. My translation work has covered many areas. I got the bachelor degree and master degree at Korea university. Also I got a scholarship from Samsung electronics when I was a student. After the graduation, I worked for Samsung electronics (March 1994 - October 1999) as a programmer. I developed software of ECR/POS systems for US and EU customers and wrote English user manual for them as well. Then I worked for Shinheung precision corporation (May 2002 - October 2015). I worked as a manager for software development, wrote some codes and did translation jobs like local customization, writing user manuals, etc. also.
