I'm a freelance technical translator and editor in the language pair EN-PT(pt). I have 10 years of experience in the IT and computing areas translating technical and marketing material for leading tech companies and brands in the international hardware and software market. I translated some website articles as a volunteer (since 2010) and I worked for an import/export company where I was responsible for all external communications (English/Spanish). I use SDL Trados 2011, but I always check my translations, sentence by sentence, for grammar, meaning and vocabulary use - no automatic translations!
