I am a chemical engineer by trade and I graduated the Moscow Institute of Oil & Gas Industry. I am about 30 years worked as a chemical engineer and chemist. In the last 8 years, I have been engaged in translation from English to Russian of the different types of texts. I take part also in project Coursera as translator-volunteer. I am an MD currently working as a Human Physiology lecturer for English-speaking students in Russia. I've also finished a 2-year residency and a 3-year fellowship in Oncology. In the latter I've been participating in fundamental research studies (and working with literature databases a lot). My experience in translation specifically is slighly more than 1 year, but I am willing to further develop my skill in this area. I feel familiar enough with biostatistics and able to correctly translate specific terms.
