I am a Russian native-speaking translator with over 8 years of experience in EN-RU translation, proof reading and editing. I am freelance translator of English-Georgian-Russian (vice versa) languages. My native languages are Georgian and Russian. My experience covers a wide scope of subjects, including the financial, legal, economic, technical and literary translations. I was born and grew up in a family of chemists. In my youth I was fond of chemistry and I often helped my parents with their translations of chemical texts. I am a doctor by education. I have experience of working as a doctor and experience of working in the pharmaceutical business. As a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager I organized the work of the CRM systems in the company. Therefore, I am also familiar with CRM. I am certified translator from English into Russian language and Vice versa. I currently do translations as a freelancer.

After being trained as a translator at university, I spent several years preparing students for Cambridge examinations (such as IELTS, FCE and CAE). At the same time, I was frequently asked to translate medical and technical texts and received positive feedback, which made me consider taking more translations. I enjoy the process of translation as it demands both creativity and precision, and it is also a perfect opportunity to learn more about this world (I am particularly fascinated with biotechnology and medicine, which is why I prefer to work with research articles, clinical studies, etc).

My language career started in 2010 in capacity of an English teacher. During 5 years I passed my knowledges to children and adults with a strongly attempt not to give them unfocused information and worked with them according to their demand. After time they achieved their goals, not as much clear ones of children and natural of adults. During this kind of doing I made a point of working only with those who know what they want. Soon I decided to expand my field of knowledge and jumped into science. That was breathtaking experience. After a while I began to practice as a translator, mostly in biology, science, neuroscience, patents. Now I keep on going in medicine, pharmaceuticals and would like to try something new as well.
