I'm a Catalan - English - Italian - Spanish freelance translator. I specialise in Biomedicine, Science, IT (Google & Apple), Sports, and Journalism. I also proofread texts in Spanish and Catalan. My daily translation output is around 2,500 - 3,000 words. In the near future, I want to translate literature (one of my great passions). I'm member of APTIC (Association of Professionals Translators and Interpreters of Catalonia).

I am a transparent, goal-oriented, and perfectionist professional with a positive perspective. I enjoy remote work and carefully follow instructions and I find it easy to work for long periods including during the night and maintain my attention to detail. That comes, of course, from having a genuine interest in Languages and Translation since I was a child and constant curiosity in researching different topics. I provide translation, retroversion, proofreading, transcription, and captioning services in general and specialized domains with appropriate technical resources. I would also like to add that I can handle deadlines just fine.

I am a professional translator since 2012. I grew up in France in a Spanish family, so I learned very early both languages. I studied law in France and Spain so I can translate to both languages. I am a sworn translator before the Tribunal Judiciaire of Perpignan and often perform translations and interpretations for this institution in the legal field (hearings, confrontations, reports, court decisions etc ..) I translate websites, contracts, business presentations, products descriptions, medical records etc ....

I am currently working as a freelance translator from Russian, English and Bulgarian into Spanish for national and international agencies and also I work as a freelance translator from Bulgarian into Spanish for European Parlament and for a couple of agencies I work as a reviser. I have excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Russian and Bulgarian and also in Spanish, my mother tongue. Translation fields: technical business, financial, IT, legal and general. Interpreting and translating at all as a profession is close to me in spirit. I have discipline, perseverance, a versatile view of the world, flexibility. In addition to translating. My experience is based on the study of textbooks on the translation of Ermolovich, Bernstein, Komissarov, Iovenko, Lancikov and other experts. Editing by my teachers, as well as my own analysis. I am a senior lawyer-linguist with 15 years of legal practice, a part-time professor with several years of experience teaching Spanish Philology at the Katowice University and an Economics graduate from the London School of Economics. Given that background, I specialize in legal, marketing and business-related texts.
