My name is Germán and I am a native and bilingual Catalan/Castilian Spanish speaker. As a freelancer, I provide services in two main areas: - Translation English to Spanish, English to Catalan, Spanish to Catalan and Catalan to Spanish. - Proofreading Spanish and Catalan texts. I have a degree in Surveying and I worked as surveyor and GIS specialist. And I studied English at UOC University. I self-studied SEO, Social Media and Wordpress. I have 31 years of experience teaching and tutoring all levels of Spanish. With a Master's Degree in the Spanish Language and Literature from Middlebury College, VT, I consider myself to be a grammar expert, in addition to being fluent in the language. I had study abroad experiences in Mexico prior to living in Madrid during graduate school. In 2010 I spent the Winter-Spring semester traveling throughout Argentina and homeschooling my then 3rd grade son and 7th grade daughter. Also in 2010, I began a summer language immersion program, True Immersion, LLC, in Sevilla, Spain for American teens - which continues today. I am highly proficient in Italian - primarily self-taught - but have also studied at the Lorenzo de Medici and Centro Firenze language schools in Florence over the last 14 years.
