After working for several NGOs in Latin America, he has worked for OxfamNovib in Central America, with El Taller’s education programme in Tunis, director of Citizen Diplomacy and CEO of Nexus in Colombia. Since 1999 he worked with Oxfam GB, first as country director for Colombia and as policy adviser in the Economic Justice team based in Oxford until 2014. He has lead the Regional and National campaigns for the GROW team in Oxfam International, and in 2014 he was the Director of Intermon's national programme in Bolivia. He is currently based in Colombia as an independent consultant. Constantino is active in the field of agro-ecology with campesinos and indigenous peoples in Latin America and the Caribbean.

As an immigrant in the USA I have experienced first hand the challenges of language barriers, and my passion for languages and desire to help my community motivated me to learn more about language services. I have worked with educational, religious entities and businesses to address the disconnection between them and their Spanish speaking audience. I have a Bachelors degree in Spanish from Utah Valley University and I have been involved in translation and interpretation for the last 14 years.
