I am a proficient bilingual Spanish to English and French to English translator, proofreader and copy editor and I specialise in marketing, technical, medical and legal texts. Living in Spain for over 10 years has enabled me to perfect my language skills and offer a professional translation, proofreading, and copy-editing service. I also undertake post-editing work. My work includes proofreading and editing translations and work (business and academic) written by non-native English speakers to ensure it reads as accurate and natural English. Through my intense and ongoing language studies I have the skills, both as a translator and interpreter, to present an accurate and contextual form of the source language in the target language. I've been born to German-speaking Austrian parents but was raised in English-speaking Canada. Due to this fact and to the fact that I competed my Master's in Austria, I am fluent in both languages and am fond of translating from German into English. Since 2000, when I started my translator's career, I've managed to translate millions of words in a great range of fields, from fiction to medicine.
