Hi, I am Mücahid, mostly called Muco for short :). I am a freelance translator with 2 years of experience. I have been speaking English for 17 years and French for 6 years. I am a huge books and movies nerd, and I am not just saying that, I love Star Wars Saga, Pulp Fiction (actually, nearly all movies made by Tarantino), Godfather, City of Women and a lot more... I study in İstanbul 29 Mayıs University. My department is translation and interpreting. I tend to translate texts about marketing, history, philosophy, art and culture, religions. Furthermore, I make localization and post-editing. I am learning German as a second foreign language (current level: pre-intermediate).

Having majored in English Translation and Interpreting, I graduated from Abant Izzet Baysal University. I am an English Language and Literature teacher graduated from BEU in 2017. I worked as an ESL teacher and now continuing my career path as a translator. In the time span from 2018 to 2020 I got my second education at MBA(Banking and Insurance) in UNEC.
